hello everyone!

a friend gave me a copy of "gaia", which i liked, but other than that info on kells has been hard to find... thankfully(?) je parle le francais un peu and so i can read around here, but is there also a website? and how/where from can i get kells cds in the future? (apparently i'm missing at least one album...)

Hello, my name is Steven and I'm from the United States. I heard Kells for the first time early last year, to be more specific I heard "Avant que tu" and couldn't stop listening to it. I honestly know very little French, actually maybe a few words if that, just enough to say I don't speak it, but the music and the words are beautiful even if I cannot understand it.

I'm a really big fan, even though I can't understand a word you're singing!

Would love the chance to see you all live, too, but I don't know if you all have any plans to come state-side. Have spread around your music to a lot of my friends though and they all love it, too.

Bonjour!

My name is Riikka and I live in Helsinki, Finland. The first time I heard about Kells was maybe 2 weeks ago when I found out that Kells would be touring with Epica & ReVamp in September, and that they would also perform here in Helsinki. I decided to listen some of the songs from MySpace and well: I fell in love! My favourites are Avant Que Tu & Mes Rêves. I really don't understand French that much, just some random words & phrases, but I don't mind: Kells's music & lyrics sounds still beautiful (though it would be great to study a little bit of French).

My favourite hobbies are photographing & editing photos. I also enjoy music & movies. Some of my favourite artists (besides Kells) are Emilie Autumn, Tori Amos, Blackmore's Night, Nightwish, Enya, Kai Altair etc. Some of my favourite movies are Moulin Rouge, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Repo! The Genetic Opera etc.

It seems we share some interests like photography (just check my avatar, taken at work), Blackmore's Night and Kells of course.

Some of my friends were gone to Finland for studies, One very close has spent a year in Tampere and learnt Finnish.

When you'll see Virg and all folks on stage, don't forget your auxilliary flash in order to avoid blurred pictures, they move so much. Jumping, headbanging...

Haha, I will probably not take my "better" camera to the gig because in Finland you usually have to have a photo pass to take photos with DSLR-cameras during concerts. So I have to deal with my pocket camera Smile

It's a very old camera, I was working with a professional photograph, he told me how to improve ligthning placements. I'll get soon a quite better camera than the one I used since 2008.
